Booking process

After receipt of your reservation order by e-mail, you will be sent a rental contract and the general terms and conditions by e-mail.

Reservation costs of 30% of the rental price are due upon conclusion of the contract.

The remaining amount has to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.

Payment can be made by bank transfer and credit card.

Please note that compliance with the payment agreement is a condition for a definitely firm booking!

Cancellation

Due to current events, we give you the opportunity to cancel the booking made for 2023 in writing up to 42 days before the date of arrival. On the other hand, we have the right to freely dispose of the apartment again if the final payment is not received on time. In both cases, as a tenant, you are not entitled to reimbursement of the reservation costs.

If you do not arrive within 24 hours of the agreed arrival date despite payment of the total amount, we will only reimburse the costs for services such as cleaning, bed linen and visitor's tax.

The same applies if you cancel the rental agency contract within the last 6 weeks before arrival.

There is no entitlement to a refund in the event of early departure.

In any case, Club Helios can freely dispose of the apartment again.

The conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance is expressly recommended!
Covid-19.

Covid 19

If it is not possible to use the reserved apartment on your planned arrival date due to official requirements imposed by the French government, Club Helios will cancel the rental contract and refund the amount already paid, minus the booking fee of € 35.

Arrival information

You will receive the following documents no later than 2 weeks before your arrival:
1. A reservation document that proves that you have rented an apartment with Club Helios.
2. A letter with a lot of important information, including for arrival and handover of keys.
3. A plan to find us easily.

The key handover is on Friday, Saturday or Sunday between 5pm and 7pm.
